Located on the Christ Church campus, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including mental health therapy for Christ Church parishioners, classes, workshops, retreats, and conferences, all designed to equip people with essential life skills and foster wellbeing in the spiritual, mental, relational, physical, financial, and vocational dimensions of their lives.

Areas of Wellbeing

  • Prayer and spirituality are at the core of our work toward wellbeing — a connection with God that nurtures and inspires our life. It is the foundation of all other aspects of wellbeing and the key to the abundant life Jesus imagines for all of us.

  • Mental health is centered on self-awareness and emotional intelligence. It is the ability to be attuned to the wide array of our internal emotions and to respond resiliently to a variety of life experiences. It also involves our ability to stay present with others as they experience a wide array of emotions and experiences.

  • Physical health involves intentional care for your body at every stage of life. It involves mindful stewardship over our bodies as a gift from God. Physical wellbeing includes physical activity, sleep hygiene, nutrition, how or whether we choose to use alcohol or other substances, and healthcare.

  • Relational wellbeing involves establishing and maintaining healthy, meaningful relationships with oneself, others, and the larger community.

  • Financial wellbeing is the ability to effectively understand and manage your personal and family finances, feel confident and secure in your financial decisions and future, and make thoughtful financial choices that support your wellbeing and generosity.

  • Vocational wellbeing is the ability to achieve personal fulfillment from your life's calling while maintaining balance, making a positive difference, and living in line with your values.
